Vishalakshi Reddy Vuyyala
Impact Entrepreneur | Food & Culture Champion | Destination Marketing Expert | Civic Campaign Architect
Born in a farmer’s family in rural Andhra Pradesh, Vishalakshi Reddy Vuyyala brings two worlds together — grounded in the wisdom of the soil yet fluent in the language of global innovation. Over the past 20 years, she has built a rare cross-sector career spanning tourism, hospitality, food, culture, and urban innovation, with professional exposure to knowledge and convention economies across 20+ countries.
She has led 5,000+ projects and 30+ public campaigns, engaging five million citizens and 1,000+ organizations in building civic pride and sustainable community transformation. A National Startup Award Finalist and UN Women Changemaker, she is the Founder of Millet Bank, a multi-award-winning food and culture enterprise whose innovations have been showcased at the G20, COP28, and other global platforms.
Her work has been featured in UN Women’s “75 Women Changemakers of India”, Telangana’s 50 Women Changemakers, and NITI Aayog’s 75 Agri-Startups Compendium. She has received multiple national awards for driving behavioural-change campaigns in youth innovation, food systems, and agriculture, and played a pivotal role in bringing the global Raahgiri Day movement to South India, promoting active mobility and climate-conscious living.
Today, as Grind Director of Dilli AI Grind, she channels this vast experience to mentor youth at the intersection of AI, ethics, and civic imagination — building a generation that thinks locally, acts digitally, and leads globally.
