Eligibility Criteria
Who Can Apply
- Students from Class 6 up to Post-Graduation (maximum age 24 years) studying in recognized schools, colleges, universities, or skill institutes in Delhi NCR.
- Participants must be 10–24 years old on the date of registration.
Academic Background
- Open to all disciplines — Science, Commerce, Arts, Humanities, Technology, Agriculture, or Vocational.
- No prior coding or AI experience is required. Creativity and curiosity are what count!
Team Formation
- You can apply individually or as a team of up to 4 members.
- Teams may include students from the same or different institutions.
Original Work
- All entries must be original and created by the participants.
- Any copied, plagiarized, or pre-developed ideas will be disqualified.
Residency
- Participants must be currently studying or residing in Delhi NCR.
Entry Limit
- Each participant or team can submit only one entry under one theme.

Disqualification
- Entries containing false information, copied content, or inappropriate material will be disqualified.
Use of Content
- By participating, students grant permission for their names, photos, videos, and project details to be used for program documentation, learning material, and publicity — with full credit to the participants.
Code of Conduct
- All participants must act respectfully and follow event guidelines in online and offline sessions.
No Claims Clause
- Participation does not guarantee selection, funding, or employment.
- Organizers shall not be held responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from participation.
Legal Disclaimer & Data Use Policy
Data Use
- The information and materials submitted (including project content and videos) may be used by the organizers for program management, evaluation, reports, and publicity in print or digital formats.
Data Protection
- All personal data will be handled with confidentiality and used only for educational, documentation, or non-commercial purposes related to Dilli AI Grind.
Consent
- The organizers are not responsible for technical errors, data loss, or misuse of content by third parties beyond their control.
Liability

Final Authority
- The Dilli AI Grind Organizing Committee retains full authority to interpret, modify, or update any rule or decision.
- All such decisions shall be final and binding on every participant.
